Final Missions Trip for 2025

We’re excited about what God is going to do during our upcoming ministry trip to Baltimore from October 11–18. This trip is a great opportunity to serve, grow, and reach people in a powerful way—and we’d love for you to be part of it!


Here’s a breakdown of the costs and details for the week:


🏨 Hotel

We’ll be staying at the Hampton Inn in Baltimore. Rooms sleep up to 6 people, and the cost for one room for the entire week is $960.


🍽 Food During Ministry

We will be providing food while we are doing ministry throughout the week. The cost is $175 per person for the week.


💵 Total Costs

For Families (up to 4 people):

• If your family of 4 is staying in your own room, we ask that you raise $1,300 total, which includes your hotel and food for the week.

• You will carpool with the group, and you will be responsible for gas and food on the drive to and from Baltimore.

• If your family also needs help with travel costs, please let us know, and we can adjust the pricing to reflect that.

For Individuals:

• If you are coming alone and are willing to share a room with up to 3 others, your cost is $500 per person.

• This price includes hotel, food, transportation, and gas for the week.

• The only thing you will need to cover is your food while traveling to and from Baltimore.


🚗 Transportation

• We will travel by carpool. Drivers will be coordinated once we know how many are attending.

• Individuals paying the $500 rate will have their travel covered. Families providing their own transportation will cover gas.


🍴 Fundraising Opportunities

To help offset costs, we plan to host a few fundraisers, including:

• Take-home lunch/dinner meals following Sunday services

• A Boston Butt sale

• Oreo ball fundraiser

These fundraisers are for anyone participating in the trip and can help reduce your individual or family cost. We’ll share details soon so you can help promote and participate.
